
Snow crab, fennel and chili toast

Preparation
- Put the fennel, red onion, chili, tarragon, chives, olive oil, mayonnaise, and the pickled mustard seeds together with a pinch of sea salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add the snow crab meat and gently mix, making sure everything is evenly combined.
- Place the prepared snow crab salad in the refrigerator.
- To make garlic toast, mix the softened butter with finely chopped garlic. Spread the garlic butter over the slices of bread and toast or pan-fry them.
- Place a spoonful of snow crab salad on the toasted bread slices. Garnish with fresh dill, a little extra chives, ground black pepper, and a splash of lemon juice and enjoy.
