75mlWater
60gButter
150mlCream
1American peanut butter
1lWhipped cream
a little sugar
20gcaramel compound
salted caramel ice cream
blondies
caramel popcorn
chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
- Cook the sugar with the water until caramelized.
- Add the cream and dissolve everything well.
- Mix in the butter and peanut butter.
- Mix everything and whip until it becomes whipped cream.
- Let the blondies thaw and cut into small cubes.
- Pour a little peanut butter-caramel sauce in the bottom of the sorbet glass.
- Add a few scoops of ice cream on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
- Pipe the caramel whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with the blondie cubes and caramel popcorn.
