Mandarin sorbet

A delicious, refreshing sorbet. Try a different fruit puree flavor as well!

Ingredients

192gGlucose
800gmandarin purée (Boiron)
26gprosorbet (Sosa)

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the glucose and prosorbet in a small part of the mandarin puree over low heat.
  2. Mix this with the remaining mandarin puree and freeze in cups.
  3. Churn to sorbet à la minute.
