A delicious, refreshing sorbet. Try a different fruit puree flavor as well!Ingredients

800gmandarin purée (Boiron)
26gprosorbet (Sosa)
Preparation
- Dissolve the glucose and prosorbet in a small part of the mandarin puree over low heat.
- Mix this with the remaining mandarin puree and freeze in cups.
- Churn to sorbet à la minute.
