Spicy Korean chicken bites

This recipe consists of Korean BBQ chicken, spring onion, edamame, and ketang.

Ingredients

Shelled edamame
Chicken drumette
Korean BBQ sauce
Spring onion
Ketang

Preparation

  1. Marinate and heat the Korean BBQ chicken drumsticks according to the instructions on the packaging. This can be done in the oven, on the grill, or in the microwave. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly heated.
  2. Prepare the edamame beans.
  3. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. These can later be used as a garnish for the chicken drumsticks and edamame beans.
  4. Assemble the dish: Place the heated Korean BBQ chicken drumsticks on a plate, serve the edamame beans next to or on top of the chicken, sprinkle the ketang over the chicken or serve it on the side.
  5. Sprinkle the sliced spring onion over the chicken and edamame beans for extra freshness and flavor.
