Ingredients

500gCarrots
1xanthan gum
50gSaus.Guru Skull HOT Sauce Death Wish

Preparation

  1. Peel the carrots and cook them until just tender.
  2. Let them drain in a sieve.
  3. Blend the mixture together with the Saus.Guru Death Wish until smooth.
  4. Add the xanthan gum to make the mixture even smoother.
  5. Put in a piping bag or heat in a pan.
