
Barbecued spinach with stracciatella
Baby spinach from the barbecue with "stracciatella" made from burrata.Ingredients
Olive oil
White wine vinegar
baby spinach
Fine sea salt
Stracciatella
Preparation
- The ingredients can all be adjusted to taste and quantity.
- Wash the spinach and mix with olive oil and fine sea salt.
- Grill the spinach on the barbecue in a perforated tray for about 2 minutes and stir well.
- Drizzle with white wine vinegar to taste and finish with stracciatella and salt.
