Preparation
- The ingredients are all to your own taste and quantity.
- Score the tomatoes.
- Halve the tomatoes and cook them on the barbecue at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
- Top the tomato with the burratine, aceto balsamico, and sea salt, and garnish with the fresh cresses and lime zest.
