Preparation
- Grease a round tart tin with neutral oil.
- Let the dough thaw and fill the tin with the batter to about 1.5 cm.
- Bake at 165°C for about 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from the tin and let cool on a rack.
- Cut into wedges and reheat before serving.
- Loosen the ricotta with salt (to taste).
- Spoon this onto the tart wedge and garnish with the smoked and chopped almonds.
