Pork belly piri piri sous-vide cooked
Kara age Hekos
Siracha smoked chili sauce
steamed bun yellow Hekos
steamed bun black Hekos

Red onion
Suiker lettuce
Mustard cress
Preparation
- Slice the pork belly and cook in a pan or on the barbecue.
- Steam the buns in a steamer basket or in the steamer.
- Slice the sugarloaf lettuce and red onion and place on the bun.
- Place the pork belly on the lettuce and serve with sriracha mayonnaise.
- Finally, sprinkle a few sprigs of mustard cress over the buns.
