Ingredients

2Star anise
300mlSweet chili sauce
10gCoriander seeds
1Bunch of fresh coriander
40gSoy sauce
3Red chilies

2Avocados
0.5Red chili
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice and zest

1Pack of fresh corn tacos
10gToasted sesame seeds
0.25Portion iceberg lettuce
Mint
Coriander
Vegan mayonnaise
Thai basil

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients and let them reduce.
  2. Strain the sauce.

  1. Blend the avocados together with pepper, salt, lemon juice and zest.
  2. Put this mixture in a piping bag.

  1. Fry the Crispy tenders and then cut them into pieces.
  2. Toss the tender pieces in a bowl together with the chili sauce and sesame seeds.
  3. Warm the tacos.
  4. Place some iceberg lettuce in the tacos and add the Crispy tenders on top.
  5. Garnish with mint, coriander and Thai basil, avocado cream and vegan mayonnaise.
