Preparation
- Fry the Vegan Falafel Classic at 180°C for 4 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the tahini dressing.
- Slice the carrots and mix with sumac, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Roast them in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
- Spoon the tabbouleh salad into a bowl and top with the tomatoes, carrot, dukkah, and Vegan Falafel Classic.
- Drizzle the dressing over and garnish with coriander, mint, and pomegranate seeds.
