Sui Gyoza Ramen

Gyoza with ramen noodles, a marinated egg, cha sieuw, bean sprouts, and spring onion.

Ingredients

50mlSoy sauce
100Water
1units.itemstablespoon sugar
1units.itemsEgg
gyoza duck
Stock
ramen noodles
cha siu
Bean sprouts
Spring onion

Preparation

  1. Make a marinade for the egg by mixing and heating soy sauce, water, and sugar.
  2. Boil an egg to the desired doneness, peel it, and marinate for at least two hours.
  3. Cook the gyoza in broth (dashi/chicken/vegetable, etc.). Frozen: about 8 minutes, thawed: about 4 minutes. Make sure the broth does not come to a boil.
  4. Add the noodles, char siu, bean sprouts, and spring onion to the broth with the gyoza to make a ramen.
  5. Cut the egg into wedges, place in the ramen, and serve!
