Preparation
- Make a marinade for the egg by mixing and heating soy sauce, water, and sugar.
- Boil an egg to the desired doneness, peel it, and marinate for at least two hours.
- Cook the gyoza in broth (dashi/chicken/vegetable, etc.). Frozen: about 8 minutes, thawed: about 4 minutes. Make sure the broth does not come to a boil.
- Add the noodles, char siu, bean sprouts, and spring onion to the broth with the gyoza to make a ramen.
- Cut the egg into wedges, place in the ramen, and serve!
