Sift the ube powder into a bowl to remove lumps.
Add a small amount of hot water and whisk the mixture with a matcha whisk until foamy.
Mix the honey into the ube mixture and pour this into the glass.
Froth the milk and pour it, as with a cappuccino, over the ube mixture.
