1Ube powder
100mlUnsweetened whipped cream
Ice cubes
1Long drink glass Ciao 30 cl
Premium barista matcha
Long-life whole milk
1Mascarpone
10mlvanilla syrup
Preparation
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the milk over the ice cubes and add the vanilla syrup.
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove lumps.
- Add a small amount of hot water and whisk with a matcha whisk until foamy.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the milk in the glass.
- Make the ube cream by mixing 3 tablespoons of milk, 100 ml whipping cream, 1 tablespoon mascarpone, and the ube powder into a creamy mixture.
- Spoon the purple ube cream into the glass and finish the drink with a pinch of ube powder.
