Toffee Crunch Latte

Toffee Crunch Latte by Coffee Experience. The quantities in this recipe depend on the glassware.For this preparation, a latte macchiato glass (48 cl) was used.

Ingredients

1Espresso shot
40mlSalted caramel sauce
1Macchiato glass 48 cl
200mlLong-life whole milk
2Kletskoppen

Preparation

  1. Let the caramel sauce run down the sides of the glass to the bottom.
  2. Crumble the kletskoppen and add about two-thirds to the caramel sauce.
  3. Froth the milk and pour it into the glass.
  4. Then slowly pour the espresso made from Musetti coffee beans through the milk.
  5. Garnish with the remaining kletskop crunch.
  6. Serve with a long spoon.
