Toffee Crunch Latte by Coffee Experience. The quantities in this recipe depend on the glassware.For this preparation, a latte macchiato glass (48 cl) was used.Ingredients
1Espresso shot
40mlSalted caramel sauce
1Macchiato glass 48 cl
200mlLong-life whole milk
2Kletskoppen
Preparation
- Let the caramel sauce run down the sides of the glass to the bottom.
- Crumble the kletskoppen and add about two-thirds to the caramel sauce.
- Froth the milk and pour it into the glass.
- Then slowly pour the espresso made from Musetti coffee beans through the milk.
- Garnish with the remaining kletskop crunch.
- Serve with a long spoon.
