100gMed Cuisine tahini
120gDate syrup
250mlWhipped cream
Preparation
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the tahini and date syrup until smooth.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the tahini-date mixture to keep it light and airy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for a mousse texture or freeze for 4 hours for more of a semifreddo texture.
- Spoon the mousse or semifreddo into bowls and garnish as desired.
