Traditional baba ganoush

Ingredients

100gMed Cuisine tahini
1Lemon juice
1Crushed garlic clove
Salt
2Finely chopped parsley
Roasted pine nuts
2835gMed Cuisine roasted eggplant puree
Med Cuisine sumac

Preparation

  1. Mix the eggplant puree, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and taste. Adjust the seasoning to taste, note: the eggplant puree is already salted.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and garnish with sumac and toasted pine nuts.
  4. Serve with fresh pita.
