The Bandoeng B-22
A layered shooter with Bandoeng’22, Baileys, and rum: pandan, vanilla, and honey provide a velvety, dessert-like twist on the classic. The Bandoeng B-22 cocktail was developed by mixologist Thijn Koning. The B-52 is a classic shooter (shot) cocktail, named after the B-52 bomber. First made in the 1970s, this shot has a long history and is now very popular among bartenders. Originally, the B-52 is made with Kahlua, Baileys, and Grand Marnier, layered in this order from bottom to top. In this variant, we replace the coffee and orange flavors with pandan, honey, and vanilla. The soft, rounded flavors of honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, combined with Bandoeng’22, create a dessert-like character.Ingredients
