Tomato salsa
Butterhead lettuce
Mini brioche hamburger buns
Mozzarella slices
Lemon-pepper mayonnaise
Mini tomato-mozzarella croquettes
Preparation
- Let the rolls thaw and then bake them for a few minutes in the oven at 200°C.
- Slice the bread in half and spread both halves with mayonnaise.
- Fry the croquettes and then stand them upright on a baking tray.
- Lightly flatten them with the back of a spoon.
- Place a quarter slice of mozzarella on each flattened croquette and put back in the oven at 200°C so the cheese can melt.
- Spoon some tomato salsa onto the bottom half of the roll.
- Add a few leaves of lettuce and then the flattened croquette with melted mozzarella.
