
Tuna bowl
Tuna, sesame, and avocado combine excellently (think sushi), this bowl is going to become a classic.Ingredients
100galbacore tuna
20gwakame
1Avocado
1Red chili
1black sesame seeds
100gRice
1white sesame seeds
3ponzu citrus soy sauce
Preparation
- Toast the sesame seeds in the oven.
- Cut the tuna into cubes of 1 by 1 centimeter.
- Slice the red peppers into ultra-thin rings.
- Mix the red pepper rings and tuna cubes with the ponzu citrus soy sauce.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of sesame seeds over this.
- Cut the avocado to the desired size and mix it together with the wakame into the tuna with the soy sauce.
- Cook the rice and scoop it into a bowl.
- Place the tuna with avocado, wakame, sesame seeds, and red peppers on top.
