Tuna crackers

The tuna crackers are a flavorful and crispy treat with the delicious taste of tuna, ideal as a snack or side dish.

Recipe for about 30 fish bones.

Ingredients

100gFlour
100gEgg white
100gcanned tuna in oil
100gMelted butter
salt and/or spices to taste
silicone fishbone mold

Preparation

  1. Pat the tuna dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in the food processor to make a batter.
  3. Spread the batter into the mold.
  4. Bake at 170'ÑÉ in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
