Ingredients
100gFlour
100gEgg white
100gcanned tuna in oil
100gMelted butter
salt and/or spices to taste
silicone fishbone mold
Preparation
- Pat the tuna dry with kitchen paper.
- Mix all ingredients together in the food processor to make a batter.
- Spread the batter into the mold.
- Bake at 170'ÑÉ in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
