Tonkatsu is a Japanese dish of breaded pork with the well-known, fresh tonkatsu sauce. We made this version with chicken.Ingredients
Coconut milk
tonkatsu sauce
tatsuta chicken bite, garlic and ginger
White rice
Spring onion
Preparation
- Warm a little tonkatsu sauce.
- Deep-fry tatsuta (breaded chicken thighs) in oil until crispy.
- Glaze the tatsuta in the sauce and sprinkle with some spring onion.
- Serve with white rice cooked in stock with coconut milk and a fresh noodle salad.
