White pepper
1Cream
25gTruffle tapenade
4gTruffle oil
30gKnorr Chicken Bouillon authentic
20gChive oil
1bunch of watercress
50gKnorr Croutons
Preparation
- Melt the butter and sweat the white onions, celery, and garlic in it.
- Add the potatoes, pepper, water, stock, and cream.
- Cook the soup until the potatoes are tender.
- Blend the soup and add the tapenade and truffle oil.
- Ladle the soup into the bowls.
- Garnish the soup with the chive oil, watercress, and serve with some croutons.
