Liquid ‘poire belle-Hélène’

A pear cocktail to lick your fingers... or drink.

Ingredients

2Honey
3Whole milk
3Chocolate liqueur
10pear purée
chocolate flowers
3Cream

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with a bit of crushed ice in a blender until smooth and pour into a glass.
  2. Serve with chocolate flowers or thin slices of shaved hand pear (dip briefly in sugar syrup and dry between parchment in a food dehydrator).
