Ingredients

30mlEspresso
10mlMonin white chocolate syrup
120mlWhole milk
cherry
glass
Whipped cream
10mlMonin cherry syrup
chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Pour the syrups into the glass.
  2. Froth the milk and make the espresso.
  3. Swirl the milk and pour it into the glass.
  4. Let the milk rest briefly so the foam and milk can separate.
  5. Carefully pour the espresso through the milk foam.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and the cherry.
