Salmon burger on a black bun with horseradish mayonnaise

Ingredients

salmon burger
Samphire
Butterhead lettuce
horseradish mayonnaise

Preparation

  • Bake the bun according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Grill the salmon burger on the barbecue or in a pan.
  • Blanch the samphire and chill.
  • Pick the washed butter lettuce and place on the bun.
  • Top the bun with the salmon burger and samphire.
  • Serve with horseradish mayonnaise.
