Toast this ‘viking bread’ for a delicious ‘Swedish pizza’. Spread with crème fraîche, top with smoked salmon, mustard-honey sauce and fresh dill.

Ingredients

Crème fraîche
Mustard-honey sauce
Smoked salmon
Viking bread
fresh dill

Preparation

  1. Spread the bread with a thick layer of crème fraîche and place it in an oven at 180˚C until lightly browned and crispy.
  2. Top with smoked salmon, mustard-honey sauce, and garnish with fresh dill.
