Brouwerij Bax has been active in Groningen since 2014. It was founded when Jeroen Bax and Sepp Jansen, two friends, decided to finally realize their dream: opening a local brewery with a tasting room. The beers from Bax Bieren have a local character, such as the 050 series, but they also seek international collaboration. This has resulted in a varied range with both regular and unique flavors.
