The basis for this fruity, fresh-sour blueberry beer is inspired by the German style Gose and undergoes two different fermentations. The use of lactic acid bacteria provides a fresh sour taste. We have added North Limburg blueberries to this beer, which gives it a beautiful purple/blue glow and a fruity character. An ideal, fruity, thirst-quenching summer beer.
