Brewed with dune water, barley and wheat from the island itself, hops and a yeast strain that can only be found on Texel. This makes this specialty beer a pure product of Texel. Skuumkoppe is a characterful dark wheat beer. Wheat beer with various hop varieties and the characteristic top fermentation provide a fuller taste than other wheat beers.
