A robust Amsterdam witbier that is dangerously easy to drink. Slightly cloudy, beautifully golden in color, and topped with a nice, soft head. Like every witbier, it is brewed with a portion of wheat malt, from which the beer gets its name. This gives it a wonderfully fresh taste. The addition of coriander seed and lemon during brewing provides light spicy and citrus notes. This makes IJwit an ideal beer for a ‘hoptail’: IJwit Mimosa.
