This is a 100% natural and pure Belgian champagne beer. Beer champagnization is an extremely precise process. With these brut beers, during the bottle fermentation, twice as much sugar is fermented as usual, which significantly increases the risk of exploding bottles. This Brut Sur Lie has a succession of different flavors thanks to its complex roundness. The beer contains 8.5% alcohol.
