The Oscar Demi-Glace 1 liter offers an authentic recipe based on 100% natural ingredients. Each liter is prepared with 2.9 kilos of browned beef bones, water, onions, celery, tomato paste, and caramelized onion. The liquid is reduced in large cooking kettles.
