This sun-dried sea salt comes from Molokai, the friendly island. The most unspoiled and authentic Hawaiian island of the archipelago. The jet-black salt is rich in minerals and is naturally enriched with volcanic activated charcoal, whose detoxifying and cleansing effects are well known. Due to its slightly nutty flavor, Esspo Hawaii Black is excellent as a finishing touch for grilled and roasted dishes. It combines very well visually and in taste with light vegetables and white fish or shellfish.
