Gaea is named after the primordial mother from Greek mythology, the symbol of fertility and the good of the earth. The olive oil producer works with carefully selected organic producers who cultivate their olives in a purely sustainable way. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within a few hours of harvest. This olive oil comes from Crete (D.O.P.). The olives are harvested early and pressed within 3 hours of harvest. The oil has a spicy and fruity taste.
