Steak is a collective name for various cuts of meat. Our butchers have gathered six beautiful cuts from the Friesländer cattle, which can be prepared as steak. The Friesländer cattle are female and graze on herbs and grass in Danish Jutland or German Schleswig-Holstein. This grass feeding results in fine fat marbling and a bright, dark red color. The relatively slow growth of the animals ensures fine fibers in the meat, which provides a nice tenderness. Truly meat for connoisseurs!
