New in our assortment is the pre-sliced Bresaola from Rigamonti. Due to the use of Black Angus cattle, this Bresaola has a beautiful marbling. The subtle fat threads make the taste even more delicate, which clearly distinguishes it from other variants. The Bresaola Black Angus is therefore ideal for a delicious carpaccio or in combination with other meats on a charcuterie board.
