These artisanal bitterballen are locally produced in the Netherlands according to the 'Van Kop tot Staart' principle, where we aim to make optimal use of the entire animal. This means that we carefully use every part of the beef, including the midriffs. This part of the beef is ideal for slow cooking, making the meat wonderfully tender and causing it to fall apart into strands. For optimal taste, fry for 6 minutes from frozen or 4 minutes thawed at 175°C.
