A caramel flake that can be sprinkled over the Crème Brûlée, with the flavor properties of a (crispy) Crème Brûlée layer. Can be processed as is or burned. By evenly sprinkling the caramel on a moist surface, it forms a layer, in the flavor line of the crispy caramel. Optionally pour liquid alcohol over it, ignite, and then it will burn evenly, for an even deeper caramel flavor and crispiness.
