These pure chocolate Pistoles from Cacao Barry have a cocoa percentage of 70%. The chocolate contains little sugar and has an intense cocoa flavor. As part of the Pureté range, only cocoa beans of exceptional purity are used here. With a high fluidity of 4 drops, this is a perfect chocolate for fine molding and enrobing of pralines. Suitable for both hand-dipped and machine-enrobed bonbons. Additionally, the chocolate is ideal for drageeing.
