The Citra leaf is very decorative, it is silver-colored on the inside. Citra Leaves have a strong sour citrus flavor, reminiscent of Granny Smith or light citrus fruits. The sour taste is strongly present in both the leaf and the stem. Citra Leaves can be used in various dishes; from fish dishes to poultry, but also fits well in salads or desserts.
