Dushi® Button is the Koppert Cress brand name for an edible flower. Very sweet, with some mint and perfume. Dushi Button is very sweet and therefore a good counterpart for bitter dishes, but is also delicious in combination with sweet dishes. One button on a dessert already gives a surprise. Beautiful with red fruit, delicious on a scoop of ice cream. Also think of combinations with sweet onion or citrus. Dushi Button can be crumbled well, or hidden in a dish. A really exciting combination is Dushi Button with coffee.
