Corvina fillet has soft white flesh and is aromatic in flavor. The corvina belongs to the drum fish and is bass-like. Corvina can be compared to sea bass. The fish is widely farmed worldwide. An adult fish is about 1.5 meters in size but can reach a length of up to 2.3 meters.
