This cheese with a special recipe is a remarkable cheese with a caramelized rind and a unique engraving. The engraving is specially designed for HANOS and the name says it a bit: the caramel rind provides a characteristic, slightly sweet taste.
After the cheeses are made, they are washed with caramel and traditionally aged on wooden shelves. Directly from the warehouse, the cheeses are brought to the wholesalers.
