MA Montbéliarde Rosa Gallica is made from pure organic raw milk of Montbéliarde cows. The cheese is aged for 75 days. During the last 21 days, the cheese is aged, according to an ancient recipe, in dried rose petals. The dried rose petals have a calming effect. The aging of the cheese therefore takes place in complete tranquility. Tranquility, the cheese cultures used, and the time the cheese is aged have a great influence on the rich flavor.
