The Bosma family from Rutten (Noordoostpolder) is one of the few companies still using the authentic bread shape for their cheeses. This is a delicious creamy cheese with nettle. The cheese has a characteristic farmhouse taste. This Poldergenot farmhouse cheese is a real flavor enhancer and, due to the bread shape, easy and economical to slice into slices and cubes.
