In 2006, this Bettine Grand Cru was declared the best cheese in the world at an international cheese competition. This semi-soft cheese comes from the Bettinehoeve in Etten-Leur and has matured naturally for at least 10 months. As a result, the cheese is very rich and spicy in flavor.
