This semi-hard cow's milk cheese comes from the Nôtre Dame de Timadeuc abbey in Bréhan in the heart of Brittany. During maturation, the cheese is 'washed' in walnut liqueur. This results in a rustic, dark (edible) rind and a delicious combination of cheese and walnut.
