The Big Green Egg Medium is compact enough to fit in a small space, but large enough to cook, roast, grill, stir-fry, smoke, or slow cook for 6 to 8 people. It reaches temperature in just 15 minutes. The ceramic housing ensures optimal control, even heat distribution, and is temperature resistant from -30 to +400 °C. The integrated thermometer makes checking and regulating the temperature very easy. The Big Green Egg uses charcoal very efficiently, making refilling almost unnecessary.
