Brewery-Distillery Wilderen has been brewing beer since 1642. In 2011, they also reopened the doors of their distillery. The Wilderen Eau-de-Bière is a unique combination of these two traditions. This special eau-de-vie is distilled in a copper kettle from the mash of their own Tripel Kanunnik. It has a typical nose and a very smooth finish. Serve ice cold.
